个人简介

黄林庆,博士,1946伟德国际源自英国计算公司(网络空间安全公司、密码公司)助理研究员、博导,中国图象图形学会-数字媒体取证与安全专委会委员。入选2024年上海市白玉兰人才计划-浦江项目(紧缺急需类),主持国家自然科学基金-青年项目1项,上海市“科技创新行动计划”自然科学基金-面上项目1项,中石化共享服务有限公司南京分公司横向开发课题1项,1946伟德国际源自英国医工交叉研究基金1项。聚焦人工智能安全及应用、低质数据挖掘与学习、遥感影像智能解译、对抗性机器学习等方面的研究。近五年,先后在IEEE TCYB、TNNLS、TSMC-S、TIM、TAI、INFFUS、PR、SCIS、KBS、MIR、ICASSP、ICIP、SMC、IGARSS等国内外知名期刊和学术会议上发表论文20余篇(其中IEEE汇刊论文10篇),此外2篇文章入选了ESI高被引论文,申请国家发明专利10余项。相关研究成果得到了欧洲科公司院士、IEEE Fellow等国内外知名学者的持续关注和高度评价。与新加坡国立大学、澳大利亚格里菲斯大学保持密切的学术交流与合作。担任IJCNN 2025 Area Chair、IEEE TPAMI/TDSC/TCYB/TFS/TSMC-S/TMM/TCSVT/TAES/TIV/TETCI、MIR、电子学报、计算机工程、AAAI 2026、ACMMM/ICASSP/ICME/IJCNN 2025等国内外知名期刊与学术会议的审稿人。指导本科生参加全国老员工信息安全竞赛-作品赛,获决赛二等奖1项。
